I finally got all my Christmas stuff packed up. The tree is unadorned. The boxes are ready to go to the shop. I am just waiting for my strong Man to come home to help carry them out.
I am telling you this so you who have completed this task weeks ago can feel smug and competent. I am all about making you feel good about yourself. 🙂

LOL – I have to put the Christmas stuff up early because after the chaos of Christmas day and all, I want my house back NOW. I go nuts. I put it all away the next day not because I have it together, but because I’m losing it lol.

And I’m obviously way, way behind everyone else. Mine’s all still on full display — lights, bulbs, tree skirt, the whole show. But maybe this weekend… (In my defense, my Christmas decor doesn’t go up until about Dec. 22 every year, so I’m actually still enjoying it.)

I’ve been trying to think of a amusing or interesting way to say we didn’t do anything at all to decorate for Christmas … but that’s about the size of it. The in-laws made up for it though.
